Refund policy

Is it possible to exchange my order?

Yes. If you would like a different size or eligible item, we offer exchanges subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Where an exchange has been approved but the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a credit note in accordance with our returns policy.

For anything faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us at imaradelondre@gmail.com with your order details and photographs and we can arrange for the item to be returned and assessed.

Our exchange and credit-note policy applies to eligible change-of-mind returns and does not affect your statutory rights.
